SEWN-FOLDED WAY COVERS / RAIL COVERS
Sewn-folded way covers are a cost effective covering solution. These way covers are one piece construction that is well suited to applications that do not require liquid and/or air tight seal protection. Folded construction creates a rigid cover that can be made with a wide variety of materials, and configurations to meet your requirements. CQM-SEALED WAY COVERS / RAIL COVERS
One piece covers can be made with rail guides at every one to three convolutions or as specified. These covers provide the highest level of protection against liquid or air penetration.
CQM-SHIELD PROTECTED WAY COVERS / RAIL COVERS
Sewn-folded or CQM-sealed covers with additional protective metal plates to provide superior protection against chip loads, hot chips, and weld spatter that would damage a regular fabric cover.
ACCESSORIES
All way covers/rail covers are available with accessories, such as mounting plates, snaps, hook and loop fasteners. CQM has stock items available with mounting clips to fit linear rail covers for most brands of linear motion assemblies.
VULCANIZED
These bellows can be manufactured without tooling cost. Also have a long extension ratio and a small compressed ratio. These bellows are dust & liquid tight can be made in single piece or small batch orders in short notice call for details.
TELESCOPING / CONICAL SPRING COVERS
Manufactured of spring steel wound and coiled. Excellent protection against accidents, dirt, chips and mechanic damages in rotating machine parts, spindle ball screws shafts, etc. Many sizes in stock for fast delivery.
LIFT COVERS
CQM designs and manufactures a complete line of lift covers for a wide range of applications including hydraulics, scissor lifts, lift tables and adjustable beds. CQM lift covers protect the lifting mechanism from dirt and foreign objects that might damage or impede the mechanism for functioning. CQM lift covers also protect personnel form accidental injuries from the hazards of the lifting mechanism.

REGULAR SEWN LIFT COVERS
Manufactured using materials to suit the application, the lift covers are sewn construction with fastening bars and rod reinforcements. CQM lift covers are available as a two color combination of black and yellow. Other fabrics are available upon request.
WIRE SUPPORTED LIFT COVERS
The wire supported lift covers are a one piece construction supported by wire frames and are cost effective. They are available in yellow or black with black or yellow strip for quick visual warning of hazard. Many other materials are available upon request.
LIFT COVER FEATURES
Lift covers can be custom made to offer 1, 2, 3 or 4 sides of protection. Lift covers include tab straps to provide control on the extension and contraction, as well as, to restrict over extension of the cover, thus prolonging the life of the cover.
ACCESSORIES
All lift covers are available with zipper or snaps, for easy installation and removal for servicing.
